Mr. Lopez has been a leading market commercial broker since 1989. He was a member of the Newport Beach office of Sperry Van Ness from 1995-1996 before joining Faris Lee Investments from 1996-2004, where he concentrated on investment sales of retail properties. Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Mr. Lopez was a Managing Director at Reza Investment Group, where he specialized in the sale of mixed-use, urban street front retail assets nationwide.
Mr. Lopez graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Lopez is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Lopez resides in Newport Beach.
